The Boston Spa Gala, held shortly before our Summer concert provided the perfect opportunity for a ‘dress rehearsal’. A rare chance for our Boston Spa and Wetherby members to perform in front of their local audience and a chance for our new soloists to shine.
The performance was not without it’s hitches with Tim’s music blowing away in the wind, the generator cutting out mid song and Liz bravely conducting in the wind and rain while the rest of the choir was sheltered under a gazebo. The show did go on and we kept smiling and singing regardless thoroughly enjoying ourselves as did the audience too.
